Alex was brilliant throughout the whole process this was my first time getting a new car I don't know much about cars and didn't know anything about leasing a car he explained everything to me so I would understand i had 3 cars in mind that I wanted to choose from and with Alex years of experience within the industry helped me choose the PERFECT car at the start he said to me you won't ever see me but one day a car will ' magically 'appear at your home address and 2 weeks later that's what happened he called me to make sure everything was ok after I got the car kept me up to date with each stage so you not worrying about what's happening next and if he has he forgotten about me, the customer service he provides is honestly second to none hands down and is able to find the best deals on the market the deal I got i couldn't believe it compared to other companies I would highly recommend using kent vechicle contracts and I have already put my family member through to Alex and is in the process of getting a new car too !!
